Butter Milk Flavour 4348
DESCRIPTION

A cloudy yellow to orange coloured slightly viscous liquid with a rich aroma and taste of butter and milk. However upon aging and storage, the product will develop a darker colour due to a slight colour reaction with Maltol which is very sensitive to ferric ions pick up. However, we assure that the flavour profile will not be affected and the product is within our standard.

This flavour is pourable at room temperature (25 deg C). If the temperature drops below 20 deg C, it will turn gel-like and not pourable. However, as it is packed in 20kg or 10kg wide mouth pails, it is therefore easily dispensable by weight and easily miscible with the base.
