CHEMICAL ANALYSIS Specific gravity at 25 deg C : 0.890 - 0.895 Specific Optical Rotation at 25 deg C : -25.80 Refractive index at 25 deg C : 1.465 L-Methol : Min. 40% Total menthol : Above 55% APPLICATION Recommended Dosage High boiling candy : 0.1% - 0.15% w/w of base Cream filling : 0.1% - 0.15% w/w of base Chewing Gum : 1% of base Toothpaste : 1% of base Dental & Mouth Wash Formulation : 0.01% - 0.025% w/w Balms & Medicated Oils : 0.1% -2% w/w LEGAL STATUS This is a compounded peppermint oil flavour with natural peppermint oil avensis from China and India with added natural L-menthol. CLASSIFICATION It is classified as natural flavour in all countries. STORAGE Keep seal in the original container in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
